Dr. Nchinda Nelson Kekoh is an Institutional Systems Architect, Execution Economics Researcher, Project Manager, and Policy Analyst based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. His work focuses on understanding why promising projects, institutions, and economies fail to convert intent, capital, and policy into measurable outcomes. Over more than a decade of professional practice across Central and West Africa, Dr. Kekoh has advised governments, development finance institutions, cooperatives, private sector organizations, and development initiatives on institutional development, investment readiness, project structuring, governance, and execution systems. He developed Execution Economics, an analytical framework for studying how systems convert intent, capital, and policy into measurable outcomes, and is the author of the Execution Economics Canon, a structured body of applied doctrine comprising nine named mechanisms organized across three interconnected architectures: Execution Architecture, Value Architecture, and Performance Architecture.
